Compliance Legal Officer

Responsibilities:

* Collect, review, analys and make summary of laws and rules from Banking Regulator
* Reviewing and/or drafting legal documentation or opinion for banking and non-banking project/ transaction
* Issuing legal opinion/advise for banking and non banking transaction to management or other units
* Providing presentation/ training to other units, wichever relevant, related with legal aspect of banking and non-banking project/ transaction


Requirements:

* Male or female under 30 years old
* Bachelor degree, Law or Economic degree from reputable University with min GPA 2,75
* Fluent in English both oral and written
* Good analytical and team work skills

* Bachelor degree, Law or Economic degree from reputable University with min GPA 2,75
* Min. 2 years experience in related field from reputable bank
* Holding Level 1 of Risk Management Certificate by BSMR
* Fluent in English both oral and written
* Good analytical skill
