* SMART Agribusiness & Food is looking for talented, intelligent and highly motivated fresh graduates from Accounting Degree to join our Management Trainee Program (MTFA). The MTFA is a one year program that was specially designed to prepare and provide the young promising individuals a fast track career path in the Finance/ Accounting area. Shall you join as a MTFA, you will receive comprehensive trainings as well as on the job training and undergo intensive leadership development. You’ll be given the opportunity to be rotated to various related functions in Finance/ Accounting and you’ll be expected to gain in-depth understanding of the culture and the business process. To qualify for the vacancy, you must:
* Hold Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting with minimum GPA of 3.0
* Graduated from reputable University
* Maximum age of 25 years old
* Demonstrated leadership potential
* Good analytical & communication Skills
* Possess a positive attitude and high level of commitment towards assigned tasks
* Willing to travel / relocate
