PT Samudera Indonesia Tbk was established in 1964 and is the biggest shipping company in Indonesia today. PT. Samudera Indonesia Tbk listed at The Jakarta Stock Exchange since 1999. Earlier in 1997, one of its subsidiary companies, Samudera Shipping Line (SSL) ltd, recorded itself as a public listed company at The Singapore Stock Exchange.
Samudera Indonesia Group has a well integrated logistic business, which consists of shipping, logistics, terminal and shipping agency. With all this services provided by the Company and also high demand of logistics service, currently the Company is determined to develop logistics business through synergizing its existing services and optimizing its network.
