2. Senior Supervisor CHPP (Ref. 754829)
• Degree on Mechanical / Electrical / Mining.
• Has 5 years experiences in similar role or mining coal processing especially in coal washing plant and product load out.
• Reporting to the Superintendent - CHPP, this position will be responsible to be efficient and effective organization and management of all aspects of the JWP, DMP, PLO, Laboratory, Metallurgist, and coal product hauling from plants to ports ; Management and implementation of safety and environmental programs within CHPP areas of responsibility.
3. Legal Advisor (Ref. 740586)
• Reporting to the Commercial Manager you will to assist Commercial Team in reviewing contracts & legal documents related to Toll Road Project and others.
• To be successful in this role you will need to have relevant degree in S-1 (Bachelor) degree majoring in Indonesian Law, Post graduate law qualification, and International qualification preference.
• Have minimum at least 5 years in a legal position.
4. Supervisor - Fixed Plant (Ref. 756894)
• Reporting to Senior Supervisor - Fixed Plant, you will be responsible to plan and coordinate the maintenance, repair, and service for mechanical of equipment.
• Requirements for this position are at least senior high school/ vocational with minimum 5 year experience in the mining industry as Shift Mechanic Supervisor.
• Have experience on subcontractor and employee supervision, and Quality Control.
• Have strong leadership skill, strong motivation, and good team work.
5. Supervisor – Mining (Ref. 753068)
• Reporting to the Senior Supervisor - Mining, this position will be responsible to supervise and assist in day to day OB stripping, coal mining and reclamation activity in a given area to achieve production target in a safe environment.
• This position requires a minimum of 2 years of site experience and previous supervisory experiences.
• Good time management and problem solving.
6. Trade Training Officer (Trade Streaming) Auto Electrical (755181)

Program D3 STAN Dipastikan Tak Dibuka Tahun Ini!
Jakarta - Kementerian Keuangan (Kemenkeu) memastikan tak membuka pendaftaran calon mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi Negara (STAN) untuk program D3 pada tahun ini. Hal ini setelah melakukan perhitungkan kebutuhan pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) di lingkungan Kemenkeu.
Demikian disampaikan Kepala Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Keuangan (BPPK) Kementerian Keuangan Kamil Sjoeib saat ditemui di Gedung DPR RI, Jakarta, Senin (11/7/2011).
"D3 itu sudah pasti, kita tidak buka pada tahun ini. Hal itu karena kebutuhan dari instansi kita, kebutuhan 3 tahun mendatang itu tidak ada," ungkapnya.
Dengan demikian, lanjut Kamil, pihak STAN pada tahun ini hanya menerima calon mahasiswa untuk D1 dengan jumlah sekitar 1600 mahasiswa. Pendaftaran dimulai sejak tanggal 8 Juli-17 Juli.
"D1 sekitar 1600, itu kurang lebih ya. Makanya antisipasinya bagi yang berminat masuk ya D1 saja dulu, nanti kan bisa dilanjutkan," jelasnya.
Kamil menyatakan untuk penerimaan tahun ini, tes yang dilakukan sebanyak 3 kali, yaitu tes TPA (tes potensi akademik), kesehatan, dan wawancara psikotes. Hal ini berbeda dibandingkan tahun-tahun sebelumnya, pelaksabaan tes hanya dilakukan sekali, yaitu Tes TPA saja. Menurutnya, tes-tes tersebut dalam rangka peningkatan kualitas.
"Ya kita ingin tidak hanya kuantitas tapi juga kualitas," ujarnya.
Sementara mengenai perekrutan lulusan STAN menjadi PNS Kementerian Keuangan, lanjut Kamil, ketentuannya tergantung aturan dari Kementerian Pemberdayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi. "Itu kita tunggu aturan rekrutmen" ujarnya.
Meskipun demikian, Kamil menjanjikan pendidikan di STAN masih gratis. Kecuali, biaya hidup bagai para mahasiswa. "Kuliah gratis, tapi kan masih ada biaya makan dan kos, itu kita nggak tanggung," ujarnya.
Ia menegaskan bagi para lulusan STAN yang bekerja di luar Kemenkeu, harus membayar ganti rugi pendidikan yang diemban negara selama menempuh pendidikan di STAN.
"Ya kalau nggak di Kemenkeu, tapi kementerian lain, ya bisa kementerian itu bisa melakukan permohonan, tapi kalau di luar, harus bayar," jelasnya.
Untuk lulusan STAN tahun ini, Kamil memperkirakan sekitar ada 2.000 mahasiswa STAN yang lulus mencakup D1 dan D3.

Financial Analyst
Job Accountability:
1. Collect, compile, verify, and analyze financial information and economic indicators
2. Provide reports to management on information for making strategic and operational decisions on areas such as investments and capital expenditure.
3. Analyze the financial implications of proposed investments or other transactions to management against organization's business objectives
4. Evaluate industry, economic, financial, and market trends to forecast the organization's short, medium and long-term financial and competitive position
Job Requirement:
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university, majoring on Accounting.
2. Relevant experiences minimum 2 years at finance area,
3. Excellent analytical thinking, understand, and could work on the technical subject directly
4. Self motivated, receives satisfaction from finishing work and from getting good results
5. Can be counted on to exceed goals successfully
6. Able to meet tight deadline and ready to work under pressure.
