Requirements:

• Min. bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or Psychology.
• Min 5 years experience in training area, preferably having a Qualified Assessor Certification in assessment center or competency based assessment.

2. Identify training need analysis, monitor and review the training implementation to ensure the training effectiveness in terms of promotes employee s competence and performance.
3. Develop, establish and review Individual Development Plan for all employees including training plan based on Performance Appraisal result and also its activities as a strategy to enhance employee s competencies in each level & Supervisory Development Program (SDP), as a strategy to enhance employee s competencies in each level.
4. Develop and implements Talent Management Program in company with relation to other section, including as assessor for internal talent assessment, and also handling talent pool monitoring and reporting.
5. Prepare and develop training policy, procedure, and training guidelines to ensure that the training programs are delivered effectively.
6. Prepare, control, and evaluate training budget; to ensure the effectiveness of training budget allocation.
7. Communicate all Learning and People Development Program is prompt and accurate so it can be published in Petrosea Net in order to inform HR programs to all employees.
8. Monitor professional, well documented and systemized library.
9. Develop, monitor and review the implementation of Graduate Development Program (GDP) ad also its activities as a strategy to enhance new employee s competencies.
10. Develop handbooks, manuals, guides, and other materials so that training programs are delivered with high quality resources.

TAX OFFICER

Analyze and interpret tax regulations and prepare required tax reports so that the organization meets its tax obligations and objectives.

Requirements:

• Min. diploma degree in Accounting or other related major.

SENIOR INTERNAL AUDITOR

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Min. 4 years experience as auditor, preferably in mining industry.

4) Identifies weaknesses and inefficiencies in current system and recommend improvement in current work practices and procedures.

HSE SUPERINTENDENT
Placement: East Kalimantan (Project Site)

Focus on the development and delivery of HSE training materials with one consistent approach. Support the HSE manager to Plan, direct, monitor and evaluate Health Safety Environment system, standard, process and procedures to enhance safety awareness among all Petrosea and its projects. Advise management with changes to government regulations.

Requirements:

I. UMUM
♦ Formulir ini khusus digunakan untuk pendaftaran mahasiswa baru Program Diploma Institut Teknologi dan Sains
Bandung (ITSB) melalui Jalur Kerjasama antara ITSB dengan PT. SMART Tbk.
♦ Mengisi formulir yang telah disediakan dan melengkapinya dengan berkas-berkas yang disyaratkan pada butir II
Panduan Melamar ini
♦ Formulir pendaftaran serta kelengkapannya diserahkan dan langsung melakukan wawancara pada tgl 27 Juli 2011
pada jam kerja (08.00-16.00) dengan lokasi penyerahan :
1. Kampus ITSB, Kota Deltamas, Jl. Ganesha Boulevard, LOT A1 DTC, Tol Jakarta–Cikampek, Km. 27
2. Surabaya, Kantor SMART Refinery Jl. Rungkut Industri Raya No. 19 Surabaya

II. SYARAT PENDAFTARAN
1. Pria, Berumur 17 – 22 tahun
2. Lulusan SMU/SMA IPA atau STM (Otomotif/Mesin/Listrik Arus Kuat)
3. Mengisi Formulir Pendaftaran
4. Pas Foto terbaru berwarna ukuran 3x4 (1 lembar)
5. Fotocopy identitas diri yang sah (KTP/SIM)
6. Fotocopy Ijazah SLA yang sudah dilegalisasi (jika sudah ada)
7. Fotocopy hasil Ujian Akhir Nasional SLA yang sudah dilegalisasi (jika sudah ada)

III. SELEKSI
♦ Seleksi didasarkan pada hasil wawancara, tes tulis, prestasi akademik selama di Sekolah Lanjutan Tingkat Atas
dan hasil medical test
♦ Informasi tempat pelaksanaan tes tulis tercantum pada Tanda Bukti Peserta tes.
♦ Tes tulis akan dilaksanakan pada tgl. 28 Juli 2011 dengan membawa pensil 2B, HB dan penghapus
♦ Peserta yang dinyatakan lulus seleksi tes tulis, harus mengikuti medical check up di Laboratorium Klinik / Rumah
Sakit yang dirujuk oleh PT. SMART Tbk.

IV. PENGUMUMAN HASIL SELEKSI
Pengumuman hasil seleksi diatur sebagai berikut :
♦ Wawancara : 27 Juli 2011
♦ Tes tulis : 8 Agustus 2011
♦ Tes kesehatan : 19 Agustus 2011

VI. BEASISWA PENDIDIKAN DAN IKATAN DINAS
♦ Sinar Mas membayarkan ke IPB seluruh Biaya Operasional Pendidikan yang meliputi Biaya SPP, Biaya non SPP
dan Biaya Pengembangan Fasilitas
♦ Sinar Mas hanya memberikan bantuan biaya hidup yang meliputi uang saku, bantuan uang makan dan bantuan
uang akomodasi yang besar bagi siswa yang termasuk dalam 10 Indeks Prestasi tertinggi di setiap Semester.
♦ Lulusan program diploma diwajibkan menjalani ikatan dinas selama 5 tahun sejak lulus

Program D3 STAN Dipastikan Tak Dibuka Tahun Ini!

Jakarta - Kementerian Keuangan (Kemenkeu) memastikan tak membuka pendaftaran calon mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi Negara (STAN) untuk program D3 pada tahun ini. Hal ini setelah melakukan perhitungkan kebutuhan pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) di lingkungan Kemenkeu.

Demikian disampaikan Kepala Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Keuangan (BPPK) Kementerian Keuangan Kamil Sjoeib saat ditemui di Gedung DPR RI, Jakarta, Senin (11/7/2011).

"D3 itu sudah pasti, kita tidak buka pada tahun ini. Hal itu karena kebutuhan dari instansi kita, kebutuhan 3 tahun mendatang itu tidak ada," ungkapnya.

Dengan demikian, lanjut Kamil, pihak STAN pada tahun ini hanya menerima calon mahasiswa untuk D1 dengan jumlah sekitar 1600 mahasiswa. Pendaftaran dimulai sejak tanggal 8 Juli-17 Juli.

"D1 sekitar 1600, itu kurang lebih ya. Makanya antisipasinya bagi yang berminat masuk ya D1 saja dulu, nanti kan bisa dilanjutkan," jelasnya.

Kamil menyatakan untuk penerimaan tahun ini, tes yang dilakukan sebanyak 3 kali, yaitu tes TPA (tes potensi akademik), kesehatan, dan wawancara psikotes. Hal ini berbeda dibandingkan tahun-tahun sebelumnya, pelaksabaan tes hanya dilakukan sekali, yaitu Tes TPA saja. Menurutnya, tes-tes tersebut dalam rangka peningkatan kualitas.

"Ya kita ingin tidak hanya kuantitas tapi juga kualitas," ujarnya.

Sementara mengenai perekrutan lulusan STAN menjadi PNS Kementerian Keuangan, lanjut Kamil, ketentuannya tergantung aturan dari Kementerian Pemberdayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi. "Itu kita tunggu aturan rekrutmen" ujarnya.

Meskipun demikian, Kamil menjanjikan pendidikan di STAN masih gratis. Kecuali, biaya hidup bagai para mahasiswa. "Kuliah gratis, tapi kan masih ada biaya makan dan kos, itu kita nggak tanggung," ujarnya.

Ia menegaskan bagi para lulusan STAN yang bekerja di luar Kemenkeu, harus membayar ganti rugi pendidikan yang diemban negara selama menempuh pendidikan di STAN.

"Ya kalau nggak di Kemenkeu, tapi kementerian lain, ya bisa kementerian itu bisa melakukan permohonan, tapi kalau di luar, harus bayar," jelasnya.

Untuk lulusan STAN tahun ini, Kamil memperkirakan sekitar ada 2.000 mahasiswa STAN yang lulus mencakup D1 dan D3.
