*Min. 2 years experience in Finance & Accounting
*Understand journal strongly

*Report to TBD Ass. Manager and review drawing and quality control for all design issue and project activity in Supermal Karawaci and to ensure the process of fitout tenancy is well organized and comply with SMK regulation, including keeping tenancy RCD.

9. Duty Manager :

*Male min25-35 year old
*Min S1. Majoring in Hotel , prefer have design background
*Min. 5 year experience in Shopping Center/ Hotel min 4 star
*Able to use MS Office
*Good command of English both spoken & written
*Highly motivated & has pleasant personality
*Familiar with hotel/shopping center system

General Job Description :
*Manages all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures. Surveyors seek to minimise the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality.
*Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client.
Undertaking costs analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
*Assisting in establishing a client's requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.
*performing risk and value management and cost control.
*advising on procurement strategy
*identifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks.
*preparing and analysing costings for tenders.
*allocating work to subcontractors.
*providing advice on contractual claims.
*analysing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports.
